now i don’t really follow politics but let me get this straight: the democrats and the media are celebrating the Virginia guy, because he sucked so hard that he could barely beat out his opponent and his state was so ass backwards they couldn’t get the votes counted in the same time it takes all the other states, but yet he’s the savior of the democratic party.

boy, i’d be pissed if i was one of the democrats who actually kicked his/her opponent’s ass.

just goes to show you, hard work doesn’t really get you anywhere in this fucked up world.

why me?

just as we were getting ready to watch some halloween movies, i get a knock on the door. my downstairs neighbour has a leak in his ceiling. f’n great.

after some sleuthing and detective work, combined with some ripping holes into walls i tracked down the problem. the original builders has drilled the holes for the plumbing through the 2×4 studs too close to the edges. then when the drywaller came around, a drywall screw managed to hit the plumbing and finally after 14 years, it poked through.

fuck me.

ran off to home depot and managed to replace the piping but now i’ve got to deal with the water damage downstairs. arrrrrrgggggghhhhhhh………..
